Ski Hats

Aran Hat

Adult Ski Hat OR Child’s Ski Hat
(2 separate patterns) Super soft hat with ear flaps for baby, toddler, or 6 yr old. Pattern available in adult size, too. Knit with a single skein of 3-Ply Wool. Enough yarn left after the baby size to knit thumbless mittens. (Pattern included) Design by Patty Connolly. Baby/Toddler 17” Preschool 18 1/2” 6 yr 20” Adult 27-24”

Aran Cable Hat
Horizontal cables are knit along the brim of this hat with texture on the top. Uses 1 skein 4/8’s Wool.

These fun mittens use a colorway and contrasting cream to create this elk on the back of the mittens. Uses the fairisle knitting technique. One skein Weavers Wool Quarters in a colorway plus one skein of Cream.

Fairisle Mittens
These attractive mittens use a Mountain Colors Colorway for the background color and natural undyed yarn for easy colorwork design. Use I skein Mountain Goat in a favorite colorway and 1 skein natural Mountain Goat yarn. Design by Lauren Parker.

Sally was testing out a new technique using two yarns at once…with one showing on the inside and one showing on the outside of the garment.  This stylish hat is the result! Uses 1 skein 3-ply Wool & 1 skein Moguls. A fun way to mix and match colors.   

Textured Hat & Mittens

This is a fun, bumpy, warm set. Moguls and 4/8’s Wool are knit alternately and the project works up fast. Traditional mittens and stocking cap styles. Use I skein of Moguls and I skein of 4/8’s Wool. Adult size.
